Oracle Application Express Release 4.0

Oracle Application Express Release 4.0 was released on June 23, 2010. You can now select to download All languages (for running Application Express in one of our translated languages) or English-only (can only run Application Express in English). The English-only version will still support translating the applications that you build into other languages.
